Information We May Collect

When using the platform we may collect information including name or identifying information, email address or contact details, date of birth, gender, self-reported symptoms and health history, lifestyle or wellbeing information, responses to assessment questions, and technical information relating to website use.

This information is voluntarily provided by users completing the assessment.

Use of Information
